Bernard Mollex took over the operation of the family farm from his parents in 1978. In Corbonod, the local agriculture was focused on two main types of activity: dairy farming and wine growing, with the produce being sold to local distributors.

Gradually, Bernard and his wife Martine wound down their dairy farming activities to focus on their wine making activities, as well as developing their sales of bottled wine, increasing the area used for growing vines, and converting their agricultural buildings to wine cellars.

Their son, Régis, took over in 2015 upon Bernard's retirement.
