Wine-making process

Pneumatic pressing, settling and low-temperature fermentation (18°C), aged and stirred in vats on fine lees.

An attractive, light golden robe

Aroma

Highly aromatic, white fruits (peach, pear)

Flavour

A full-bodied, well-balanced wine with delicate flavours of violet and bergamot.

Storage

To be consumed within five years.

Temperature

Serve at a cool temperature of 12 -14°C

Enjoy with fish, seafood, main courses, salads, white meat, fondue and regional cheeses; a very pleasant aperitif or cocktail party drink.
